Our selection of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) are manufactured by Mauser of Germany. Mauser is a world renowned, innovative company with over 120 years experience of packaging technology. Their commitment to sustainability is second to none, having built a European plastic recycling centre as part of their global sustainability programme. Mauser IBCs are manufactured to the highest industry standards. They are used throughout the world, predominantly in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petro-chemical, paint and agricultural industries.

Each highly robust 1000 litre IBC in this ‘SM’ range is surrounded by a zinc-coated steel tube cage. This cage protects the container from heavy handling in transport and storage, during which, two IBCs may be stacked to save space. IBCs are blow-moulded from high density, high molecular weight UV-stabilised polyethylene plastic. Some of the many advantages of these IBCs are: the fill level of product can be seen, due to the container being translucent; they offer high chemical compatibility and they come on an integrated pallet (wooden, composite and plastic pallets are available). Each IBC has a DN150 top opening and a DN50 butterfly discharge valve.
